Designed to ensure product quality and food safety the building and operation is HACCP certified with a Superior rating for 2007 with Scientific Certification Systems for both domestic and Europe standards. The company also has earned a food safety Superior rating with Primus Labs for the past several years.

Facility

Our headquarters in the City of Industry is within minutes of The L.A. Fresh Produce Market and the port facilities of LA and Long Beach. It operates on a 24/7 basis, manned only by employees of DLJ and includes a secured truck yard.

All administrative departments are located here, as well as two of the managing partners. The facilities are anchored by a 40,000 s.f. refrigerated warehouse that features 14 dock high loading doors.

The Fresno office of DLJ is located in the heart of the fertile San Joaquin Valley and managed by a founding partner. Our procurement staff establishes and maintains contact with the leading grower/shippers in the area to assure DLJ clients have an abundance of grapes and tree fruits of the highest quality. They also enjoy unprecedented access to conduct field and packing house inspections prior to any purchase.
